NITRO Super-Oatmeal - Recipe

- 2-3-4 SERVINGS (Optimized For Another Day & WARM) -
INGREDIENTS:
3/4 CUP STEEL CUT OATMEAL*
4 CUPS WATER (2 Cups Of Water, 2 Cups Of Raw Milk Or Nut Milk)*
1 TBSP EXTRA VIRGIN COLD PRESSED UNREFINED COCONUT OIL*
1 TSP GINGER (Powder Or Grated)*
1 TBSP CINNAMON*
1 TBSP HEMP SEEDS*
1 TBSP FLAX SEEDS*
1 TBSP CHIA SEEDS*
2 TBSP SHREDDED COCONUT*
1-2 TSP RAW CACAO POWDER (Tested For Heavy Metals)*
1 WHOLE BANANA SLICED (And/Or Berries)*
1/2 TSP VANILLA EXTRACT [Depends On Amount Of Vanilla Bean Or Vanilla Powder]*
1-2 TBSP PEANUT(Any Nut/Seed) BUTTER*
*ALL INGREDIENTS ORGANIC OR LOCAL AND NOT FROM CHINA IF POSSIBLE*
*ALL INGREDIENTS SHOULD BE CUSTOMIZED TO PERSONAL PREFERENCE*
STEPS (How I Do It):
1. Cook Oatmeal According To Cooking Instructions (Uses Water Or Milk(s)). Add Vanilla Extract When You Add The Oats.
2. Once The Oatmeal Is Finished, Fill Up A Small Container With LESS THAN HALF Of The Oatmeal Yielded, Leaving The Rest For Your CURRENT MEAL. The Small Container Will Grow The Next Time You Cook It With More Liquid. For Now, Store That Container In The Fridge Until Your Next Oatmeal Day.
3. Add The Cacao, Cinnamon, Ginger, Coconut Oil And Peanut Butter. Then Stir.
4. Add The Hemp, Flax and Chia Seeds Along With The Banana And Shredded Coconut. Then Stir.
5. Enjoy! If This Is For Breakfast, Like Me... Then I Suggest Having A Cup Of Non-Concentrated Juice Or Your Own Juicing Elixir!
